Olympiastadion (Olympischer Platz 3, Charlottenburg, Berlin) – this is the arena where the 1936 Summer Olympics took place (where famed athlete Jesse Owens won four Gold medals). This stadium, which seats 74,000 spectators, underwent a renovation in time for the 2006 World Cup. It’s the current home to the Hertha BSC football club, along with hosting the German Cup Final, and other sporting events and concerts. Guided tours of this stadium (lasting 60 to 75 minutes) are offered at the following rates: €10 (adult), €8 (seniors/students/disabled), €22 (family).
